  • What are the main neighbourhoods of Maple Ridge?

The downtown core is Haney, in Town Centre, with Port Haney on the river below it. In August 2026 the Maple Ridge benchmark was $1,177,800 for a detached house, $704,100 for a townhouse and $504,300 for an apartment, with a composite of $890,800 for a typical home of any type. All were down year over year. These Greater Vancouver REALTORS figures update monthly.

  • Is Maple Ridge cheaper than Pitt Meadows?
